1. What personal information is collected?
The information we collect may include among other details your name, address, email address, telephone number, pension fund membership, Responsible Investment issues of particular interest to you, employment status and your involvement in FairPensions campaigns or activities. If you make a donation, we will collect the details necessary to process this payment e.g. bank account details to set up a Direct Debit.
When making an online Credit Card donation your payment details are processed through a third-party secure server payment gateway provided by Worldpay.
We use the information received to keep you informed about our campaigns and activities, respond to queries and solicit support. We may also use aggregate information for reporting purposes but this will not include your personal data.
We take good care to ensure that the information we store on our database is kept safe in order to prevent unauthorised access and comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass on or sell the information to others, except if we are required to do so by law.
4. How can I access, change or update my personal information?
You are free to get in touch and ask what information we are holding about you. We will correct data or erase it if requested. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy please contact us.

No, currently we do not use cookies on our website. We may revise our policy from time to time and if so, will post any changes we make on this page.
